  The 4 Pillars of Business:
Creating your practice from the inside out

Whether you are exploring your career options, working for someone else, or in private practice this course is for you. This course covers 4 fundamental aspects that will guide you into work you love. This framework includes:

* Value of Purpose ~ finding work that offers you meaning and purpose.
* Value of Commitment ~ what are you willing to commit to?
* Value of Discipline ~ what disciplines are required?
* Value of Knowledge & Skill ~ putting into practice the proven and innovative business methods that have brought success to others.

This class begins with a time of self-exploration ~ finding the inner fire that will inspire and guide you along your way. In this portion Kathy will also help you recognize and challenge both your internal and external barriers. The class then travels to the 2nd pillar of commitment. What are you truly committed to? Gently, but with great passion, we visit the 3rd pillar of discipline. What disciplines are required to establish and maintain professional momentum? And finally we visit the 4th pillar, the actual practice of business skills and development. Here we cover topics such as establishing your plan of action, creating a business plan, educational marketing, client retention, establishing a referral program, designing promotional material,, therapeutic communication, self-management, networking, diversification to increase income, and much more! This class promises to inspire and motivate each participant to a level of excellence, along with offering practical business skills and personal development. Kathy invites you to explore your own path and define success on your own terms.
