Jin Shin DoŽ (JSD) uses gentle yet deep finger
pressure on specific acu-points together with Body Focusing techniques
to help release chronic tension, and balance the Qi or energy. Participants will learn Basic JSD Neck Release plus a simple 25-point
acupressure pattern, to help relieve the tension and discomfort
of headache, backache, constipation, menstrual problems, "heartburn"
and nausea. Includes technique and point finding skills needed to
practice the patterns on others. |
