Foot Reflexology is an ancient healing art based on the discovery that all areas of the body have corresponding reflex points located on the hands and feet. Pressure applied to these specific points can release blockages around the corresponding body part, rebalance the body's system and create whole-body health and wellness. Although feet are included, this course focuses primarily on hand reflexology.

In this course you will:

•  Understand the theory of how reflexology works.

•  Identify the reflexology points on the hands and feet.

•  Learn to apply reflexology techniques on the hands and feet.

•  Understand how to combine the hand reflexology techniques with
   foot reflexology techniques for maximum effectiveness.

•  Perform a basic reflexology session for hands and feet.

•  Learn and apply paraffin treatments for hands.
