• Nationally and State Certified Massage Therapist and Bodyworker
• Graduate of A SpiriTouch Institute Massage School
• B.A. in Biology, Lawrence University, Appleton, WI
• Masters of Arts in Exercise Physiology, Ohio State University
• Certified Exercise Specialist through ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine)
• Modalities include: Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Personal Training, Nutrition Consultation
• Teaches: Foundations of Connective Tissue, Introduction to Myofascial/Connective Tissue, Interviewing, Treatment Plan Development, Trigger Point Therapy
