Prerequisite: Myofascial Trigger Point Release or instructor permission
This transformational course introduces you to the principles, techniques, and experience of a powerful approach to releasing physical and emotional blockages in the bodymind. Myofascial release restores the structural integrity of the body by freeing up restrictions in the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, nerves, and other structures in a three-dimensional web from head to toe. The result is increased blood flow, mobility, strength—and an opportunity for pain and stuck emotion to be released. The course is delivered through lecture, discussion, demonstration, and practice.

Essential preparations:
- Read pp. 1-50 and bring 3 questions on the reading to class Friday night
- Bring a complete set of twin size sheets and a standard pillowcase
- Bring shorts and a jog bra or a 2-piece swimsuit for women; shorts/swim trunks for men. No tank tops, pants, or capris during assessment and treatment
- Please be early for all sessions
- Be willing to stretch - inside and out!!
